High score!!


Triglyceride levels are also reduced by exercise and by consuming omega-3 fatty acids from fish, flax seed oil, and other sources…

I got my lab results today and I am not happy to say that my Triglycerides are(as per Wikipedia) “slightly above normal”

Anything lower than 150 is considered within the normal range, anything above that is… well, not so normal.  I got a SMASHING! 197, this is the highest I’ve ever scored on a test, unfortunately, I can’t any seafood (crustaceans) nor fish, so I will go with the flax seed oil, exercise and reducing carbs.

The lowest score I got was on my glucose which was a 60, (low levels of glucose in the blood are also known as Hypoglycemia) and its symptoms and signs are very much of those caused by the use of viagra, unfortunately those are not the ups, but the downs.

However, I doubt of the veracity of this score, because I had to fast for 12 hours for the triglycerides and cholesterol.

Now, regarding the viagra consumption, I am not there yet, but a friend of my cousin’s best friend, told my cousin about the confusion, amnesia, sweating and feeling of warmth after ingesting it.  He was very adamnt on the amnesia a few months after, when he got a call from a strange girl.

Anyway, back to the subject, I am not a medicine fan, I rather ride out a headache that take a tylenol, so I am not thrilled about the probable medication after my doctor sees the results, on top of that, the results ar printed and not written on pencil so I could tweak the numbers.

So, I will keep you posted on the viagra consumption, I mean, my flax oil ingestionand exercise (I have been riding my bike for 23km two to 3 times a week.

Note: I am a 5.8ft, 35 year old male, 133lb so… I am too young for this shit!
